Independent AI product studio

The web has two audiences now. We build for both.

AI products for people and for agents — and the engineering that gets your business found, understood and used by both.

Your next customer may meet you through a search result, an AI-written answer, or software acting on their behalf. AIsideway runs products for both humans and agents, and puts what they teach us to work on your domains, search infrastructure, AI visibility and agent readiness.

01 — Portfolio

Two products. Two audiences.

Built for humans

NowTrainAI

nowtrainai.com

Free, independent prep for people who want AI-training and evaluation work: role-by-role study guides across ten domains, a quick self-screener, assessment practice and a plain-spoken view of the risks.

For: writers, developers, domain experts and multilingual speakers considering AI-trainer roles.

NowTrainAI doesn't hire anyone. It helps people show up prepared.

An AIsideway product

Built for AI agents

MakeMeMoneyNoMistakes

makememoneynomistakes.ai

A background check for AI agents on Base. Before an agent hires or pays another agent, it can make one call — over HTTP or MCP — and get a verdict, a score from paid work, and fraud flags backed by onchain receipts.

For: autonomous agents and the people who operate them.

GET /api/v1/agents/:id

An AIsideway product

Why build for both?

NowTrainAI has to be found and trusted by people through search. MakeMeMoneyNoMistakes has to be found, parsed and paid by software — through an OpenAPI description, an API catalog, an MCP server and machine-readable pricing. Running both means we deal with both audiences' discovery problems every day, on our own products, before we advise anyone else.

Our products show what we've built. They are not client results, and we don't present them as such.

02 — The shift

The web is changing.

For two decades, websites were built for one discovery path: a person types a query, a search engine ranks pages, the person clicks.

That path still matters — Google's own guidance is that its AI features run on the same core ranking systems as Search. But first contact with a business increasingly also happens through an AI-generated answer, an assistant that fetches a page mid-conversation, or an agent that reads documentation and calls an API before anyone visits.

Your site now has to be discoverable, understandable and, increasingly, usable by software — without losing the people who read it. We help businesses adapt their domain infrastructure, content architecture, machine-readable data and measurement for all three.

Search enginescrawl → index → rank

Googlebot and Bingbot fetch pages, index them and rank results. Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode are built on the same index.

you control crawlability, canonicals, structured data, speed

Discovery

AI interfacesretrieve → synthesize → cite

Assistants answer from their own search index, a partner's index, or a live fetch at question time — and may or may not cite a source.

you control per-bot access, factual clarity, consistency

Understanding

Autonomous agentsread → call → transact

Software acting for a person reads your pages' structure or calls your API, then decides whether to request, book or pay.

you control semantic HTML, forms, API docs, auth, errors

Interaction

Simplified. Each AI provider crawls, indexes, retrieves and cites differently — there is no single "AI index" to optimize for.

04 — Self-check

Six questions your website should be able to answer.

If any answer is “not sure”, that's where an assessment starts.

Answer honestly — nothing is sent anywhere.

    05 — The AIsideway advantage

We don't only optimize websites for AI. We build and run AI products ourselves.

    • Built for both audiences

A human-facing product that has to earn trust in search, and an agent-facing product that software has to find, parse and pay for.

    • Infrastructure depth

DNS, Cloudflare, edge hosting, bot controls and certificates — the layer most visibility work ignores.

    • Implementation, not slideware

We ship the redirects, the schema, the API spec and the crawler policy, then verify they work.

    • Measurement you can trust

Crawler hits aren't demand. Humans, AI referrals, verified bots, agents and conversions stay in separate columns.

    06 — Our method

    How an engagement runs

      Discover

Understand the business, audience, domains and the discovery channels that actually matter to it.

      Diagnose

Audit infrastructure, crawlability, content representation, agent readiness and conversion paths.

    3. 03

      Engineer

Implement approved technical and content changes, each one logged with a rollback plan.

    4. 04

      Validate

Confirm changes work technically, then measure observable outcomes against a baseline.

    5. 05

      Monitor

Track visibility, traffic quality, regressions and business conversions over time.
